Shipping + Returns


Shipping is currently available for delivery within Australia. The customer is responsible for advising the correct postal and/or delivery address.

Unframed Artwork

The artwork will be shipped within 7 business days of receipt of payment. The artwork is shipped by Australia Post and packed within a protective tube. An Australia Post tracking number will be supplied.

A postal fee of $25.00 inc GST applies for all tube shipments within Australia. We can fit four prints in one tube. The customer may choose alternate shipping methods at their cost.

Typically allow 7 Business days for delivery through Australia Post.

Framed Artwork

We like to keep it simple, so our framing service offers a standard frame style with three colour choices - oak, dark grey and black. We can also customise framing options. Contact Richard at to discuss what you need. 

Return & replacement Policy

You have selected a beautiful edition for your home or space and Big Picture Collective believe you will love your selected artwork after unpacking. We also understand if you can have second thoughts when you see it in your space. We provide 7 days from your receipt if you wish to return the artwork. Simply advise us by email within the 7 day period. Then safely pack and return the artwork to our address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the artwork is safely returned. Once received we will inspect the artwork and advise you of the status of your refund.


Big Picture Collective also offers returns and replacement on artwork damaged during transit, when approved by Big Picture Collective.  

Big Picture Collective must be advised by the customer within 24 hrs of delivery of any damage during transport of the artwork items when shipping has been organised by Big Picture Collective.

Note; failure to inform Big Picture Collective within 24hrs of delivery of the artwork will void the replacement of the item for the customer.

The customer must provide proof of damage prior to approval and the issuing of a return authority.


We offer strict control over the numbered and signed edition prints. If the damage is related to the physical artwork the damaged artwork will be returned and destroyed before being replaced by a newly printed and signed artwork of the same or an alternate available number within the edition.

This process will take a best-efforts approach and can take up to 21 business days from receipt of the returned artwork before the artwork is sent again to the customer.  

On gaining the return authorisation number it is the customer's responsibility to safely pack the item for its return and then ship the item by Australia Post to Big Picture Collective.  

Big Picture Collective will reimburse the customer for the return postage on receipt and inspection of the artwork. All labelling must be clear and detail the return authorisation number. If the artwork is not returned to Big Picture Collective we are unable to process and supply a replacement artwork.

Big Picture Collective will cover the cost associated with the reshipping of the new artwork to the same address as previously shipped.
